摘  要:对10段经生理压力固定的人冠状动脉进行血管内超声,然后将血管组织切片观察,对比二者结果发现:(1)血管内超声可准确测定冠状动脉腔面积、周长、直径、厚度、粥样斑块面积和最大厚度等重要参数,与组织学测值相关系数均在0.92以上(P<0.001);(2)正常冠状动脉组织学为三层结构,而超声多呈一层均匀反射;(3)动脉纤维化粥样斑块的血管内超声图像呈增厚的强回声反射,与组织学形态一致,血管内超声可准确判定纤维化粥样斑块的存在及位置.结果提示血管内超声在冠状动脉形态、结构和病理变化的定量和定性方面有重要价值.This study compares intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) images with histological findings in coronary arterial segments (n=10) from autopsy cases. All arterial segments were fixed under physiological pressure. The results showed that IVUS and histological measurements were significantly correlated (r>0. 92, P <C 0. 001) in the lumen cross-sectional area, diameter, perimeter, the thickness of the arterial wall and the thickness and area of atherosclerotic lesions. But most IVUS images of normal coronary arteries showed no distinct three-layer appearance. The IVUS imaging of fibrous plaque showed a thicker high reflection, which was corresponded with the histological examination. IVUS could accurately determine the presence, distribution and the fibrous type of atherosclerotic plaque. This study indicates that IVUS appears to have a great potential value for assessing morphological structure and pathological lesions of coronary arteries.
