摘 要:苄普地尔分50mg/kg、100mg/kg、300mg/kg三个剂量.小鼠分着床期试验组和器官形成期试验组.结果显示;着床期试验组孕鼠体重增长.着床数、活胎数、吸收胎数、死胎数无明显改变.50mg/kg、100mg/kg器官形成期试验组胎鼠体重、身长等无明显改变,胎鼠骨骼、外观及内脏未见异常.30mg/kg器官形成期试验组96只胎鼠中发现有3只枕骨发育不全.2只胸骨缺损,其余指标均为正常.We investigated the deforming effect of bepridil on mice. Bepridil was used in the dose of 50 mg/kg. 100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg. The mice were divided into two experimental groups: imbeded and organ-forming. The results indicated that after the mice in the imbeded group were given different doses of bepridil, their weight, imbeded number, the number of living embryo, the number of absorbed embryo and the number of dead embryo showed no obvious change. In the organ-forming experimental group the mice were given 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg of bepridil, the weight of baby mice and the body length also showed no obvious change. The abnormality was not found in the skeleton of the baby mice, the appearance and the internal organs. In the or-gan-forming experimental group, 96 baby mice were given 300 mg/kg, of which had the poor de-velopment of the occipital bone and 2 had the defect of the sternum. The other indexes were nor-mal. Deforming effect could not be excluded when the mice were given 300 mg/kg of bepridil (1/ 4L. D50).
