论高校设置“村官”专业的构想及意义

摘　　要：分析了"大学生村官"面临的尴尬、大学生就业难、高校专业设置不合理等现实问题及原因;论述了高校开设"村官"专业,对实现大学生就业、人才培养和新农村建设等具有的重要意义;指出高校要进一步深化教育改革,引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,制定"大学生村官"人才培养方案,加强对毕业生村官的跟踪服务等策略。Some practical problems and reasons such as the embarrasity of Graduates Being Cadres in Villages, the difficulty of graduates＇ employment and the unreasonable of major setting-up in colleges and universities are analyzed. The significance of the foundation of ＂Village Cadres＂ major to realize graduate employment, talent cultivating and new rural construction is expounded. It is pointed out that colleges and universities should deepen education reformation furtherly, guide the students to form correct outlook on life and values, establish talent cultivating program on Graduates Being Cadres in Villages and improving the tracking service to the graduates being cadres in villages.
