摘　　要：在基础设施需求随经济增长不断增加的情况下,运用BOT模式进行基础设施建设日益流行。对影响BOT项目成败的特许期进行研究,十分必要。在分析BOT项目特许期的影响因素和经济内涵的基础上,提出基于肯定当量法的BOT项目特许期决策模型,为BOT项目特许期的决策提供一个新的思路。It is increasingly popular that using the build-operate-transfer of the building of infrastruc- ture nowadays in China. It is necessary to make a study about the concession period which is an im- portant factor of the BOT projects. This paper first analyzes the impact of the concession period and the basis of economic connotation, and then proposes a new way about the decision-making of the con- cession period of BOT projects, which is based on Surely-Balanced Method.
