摘　　要：针对"洛克外滩源"项目中先进行历史建筑修缮再进行相邻基坑施工的特殊性,文章在调查了历史建筑及相邻基坑工程的情况下,分析了相邻基坑施工对历史建筑的影响,提出了对历史建筑的基础采取预加固处理的方法,以确保在相邻基坑施工过程中历史建筑的结构安全及正常使用。As for the particularity of repairing historical buildings before adjacent foundation pits construction in the project of＂Rock·Waitanyuan＂, the author, having researched into historical buildings and adjacent foundation pits construction, analyzes the influence of the latter on the former and then brings forward the method of pre-reinforcement for the bases of historical buildings to ensure the structural safety and normal use of them during adjacent foundation pits construction.
