摘　　要：保障性住房建设关系到社会稳定与和谐的民生问题,是今后一定时期内各级政府安居工作的重点,同时,保障性住房建设的项目管理又是降低建设成本、保证工程质量的重要措施。文章针对上海市保障性住房建设的项目管理及其模式作深入分析及探讨。The design measures of non-traditional water resource which are suitable to Shanghai area in green building are described and compared. It is con- cluded that whether residential building or public building consideration should be given priority to use of rainwater. When reclaimed water, which is produced by reclaimed water system for building, is used, the treatment process should have all the advantage of small footprint, high degree of automation and good and stable performance. For residen- tial building, the raw-water of reclaimed water is desirable to be high grade gray water, and the ecological purification is preferred.
