乙胺嗪治疗丝虫性乳糜尿效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察乙胺嗪治疗丝虫性乳糜尿的效果。方法选择近2年有乳糜尿发作的慢性丝虫病病例,分别服乙胺嗪和安慰剂,由专人送药及观察记录服药效果。乙胺嗪治疗剂量为100 mg/d,连服3个月。结果现症病例乙胺嗪治疗有效率为58.33%,发作次数和天数比对照组减少43.91%和52.02%;2年内有病史患者服乙胺嗪期间发作率为18.92%,比对照组发作率降低62.16%。结论乙胺嗪治疗丝虫性乳糜尿有一定的治疗效果。The chronic filariasis patients with chyluria in the recent 2 years in Shuyang County were divided into 2 groups namely a medication group and control group. The patients in the 2 groups were administered with diethylcarbamazine with a doze of 100 mg/d and placebo for 3 months, respectively. The effective rate of the medication group was 58.33%, and companng to the control group, the frequencies and days of attack reduced by 43.91% and 52.02%, respectively. It showed no long-term effect after the medication withdrawal. The results suggest that diethylcarbamazine has certain short-term effect but no long-term effect in the treatment of chronic filariasis patients with chyluria.
