摘 要:小浪底反调节电站导叶分段关闭采用分体式、纯机械式分段关闭装置,采用导叶两段关闭形式,解决了水击压力过大与机组转速下降过慢的矛盾。但在机组实际运行过程中发现存在一些问题,通过对导叶分段关闭装置进行改造,增加一套电气液控换向阀,并对电气控制进行相应优化,提高了导叶分段关闭装置的动作可靠性。The guide vane step-closure device of the Xiaolangdi Equalizing Power Station is a pure mechanical piecewise closing device. By means of the two-step closing mode of the guide vane, the contradiction between high surge pressure and low rotation speed of the unit is solved. However, in the actual operation process, some problems are found in the guide vane step-closure device. A set of electric hydraulic controlled directional control valves is added in the device, and corresponding optimization is introduced to the electrical control system, which improves the reliability of the guide vane step-closure device.
