两种吸痰管及吸痰程序效果观察

摘　　要：选择４０例住院病人随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，Ａ组用双侧孔吸痰管分别采用常规吸痰法和试验吸痰法吸痰；Ｂ组用单侧孔吸痰管分别采用常规吸痰法和试验吸痰法吸痰。结果显示：常规吸痰法效果明显优于试验吸痰法，经统计学处理差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），两种吸痰管对吸痰效果的影响，经统计学处理差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Fourty patients were randomly divided into groups A and B.Sputum-aspirating tubes with bilateral orifice(group A) and with unilateral orifice(group B) were used to aspirate thesputum with both routine and test methods respectively.Results showed that the sputum-aspirating effect of routine method was notably better than that of test method.There was statistically significant difference between the two methods (P<0.05),and no difference between the two types of tubes(P>0.05).
