摘　　要：残胃癌行诊断性腹腔镜检查,可以进行更准确的临床分期,避免不必要的剖腹探查。腹腔镜下残胃癌根治手术安全、可行,其远期疗效尚待进一步观察。The diagnostic laparoscopy for GSC can increase the accuracy of preoperative staging and avoid an unnecessary laparotomy in patients with incurable advanced disease. Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for GSC is safe and feasible, but the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of GSC needed to be confirmed furtherly.
