摘  要:使用十通阀双定量管取样、六通阀双气路的特殊反吹分析方法,实现了对燃气发动机排放物中甲烷和总碳氢化合物的直接快速、准确检测。该分析方法在50×10^-6-10000×10^-6(V/V)范围内,变异系数不大于0.44%;在2.5×10^-6-10×10^-6(V/V)范围内,变异系数不大于4.98%,绝对误差小于0.35×10^-6(V/V)。分析时间小于0.8min,分析周期小于1.6min。直接进样分析对甲烷和非甲烷碳氢化合物的最小检测灵敏度小于1×10^-6(V/V)。Based on ten-valve and double-tube-quantitative sampling as wella s the special inverse blow means,an excellent analytical method ahs been utilized to the direct,quick and accurate measurement of methane and total hydrocarbon from natural gas engine emissions.Experimental results indicate that the variance coefficient was not bigger than 4.98% in the range of 50×10^-6~10000×10^-6(V/V);the coefficient was not bigger than 0.44% and the absolute error was less than 0.35×10^-6(V/V) in the range of 2.5×10^-6~10×10^-6(V/V). Results also show that the analytical time and analytical period were less than 0. 8min and 1.6min, respectively. Using the direct sampling to the analysis of methane and total hydrocarbon, the minimal sensitivity was less than 1 × 10^-6(V/V).
