摘  要:文章介绍了电动机鼠笼转子在启动过程中各种潜在的点燃危险。着重从形成原理上分析了目前认识较少的气隙火花危险、产生气隙火花的横向电流和因横向电流被打断而产生的放电火花,结合现行IEC防爆标准提出了降低转子气隙火花危险的措施,并与国内现行标准比较,对鼠笼转子防爆检测作了详细论述。This paper introduces varies potential risks of ignition in the startup of squirrel - cage rotor in motor. Mainly analysises the risk of air- gap spark which is not concerned too much, horizontal current that results the air- gap spark and the chargeing spark due to the interruption of the horizontal current. Combined with the measures which in the existing explosion - proof IEC standards to reduce the risk of rotor air- gap spark, and compared with the existing national standards for explosion - proof squirrel - cage rotor, describes the test in detail.
