摘  要:采用比色法测定已烯雌酚(diethylstilbestrol,DES)对性未成熟贵州香猪睾丸一氧化氮合成酶(Nitrioxide syn-thase,NOS)活性的影响.结果表明:DES能够使贵州香猪睾丸一氧化氮合成酶(Nitrioxide synthase,NOS)活性显著增强(p<0.01).睾丸中NOS和cNOS的活性在DES用量为0.3 mg/kg时最强(p<0.01);当增大到3 mg/kg用量时,二者活性又降低(p<0.01).诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)的活性在DES为0.03 mg/kg时最强(p<0.01);当DES在0.3 mg/kg和3 mg/kg时,其活性显著降低(p<0.01).DES使附睾中NOS活性显著减弱(p<0.01),随着DES用量的增多,附睾中NOS活性增强.主要表现在对结构型一氧化氮合成酶(cNOS)活性有显著增高作用(p<0.01),但其活性还是低于对照组(p<0.01).研究结果认为DES能增强性未成熟贵州香猪睾丸中NOS的活性而抑制附睾中NOS的活性.The colorimetric method was used to determine the effects of diethylstilbestrol (DES) daily exposure on nitrioxide synthase in testes of immature Guizhou Xiang pigs. The results showed that DES significantly increased the activity of nitrioxide synthase (NOS) in the testis (p〈0. 01) and significantly decreased the activity of NOS in epididymis compared with the control group (p〈0. 01), while we noticed that the activity of NOS in epidydimis significantly increased with increasing diethylstilbestrol doses, the effect being especially great on the constructive nitric oxide synthase (cNOS)activity (p〈0.01), though the activity remained significantly lower than that of control group (p〈0. 01). The highest activity of NOS and cNOS were observed in the testis at 0.3 mg/kg dose of DES (p〈0.01), but the activity decreased at 3 mg/kg dose DES (p〈0.01). The highest activity of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) was observed at 0.03 mg/kg dose of DES (p〈0.01), and NOS activity decreased with increasing DES dose up to 0.3 mg/kg (p〈0.01) and then stayed unchanged at 3 mg/kg dose. The results indicate that DES can increase NOS activity of the testis and decrease the activity of epididymis NOS of immature Guizhou Xiang pigs.
