摘  要:蔗糖/质子同向转运体在植物碳素分配中起着重要作用.已有研究表明:水稻中有5个蔗糖/质子同向转运体基因家族成员.该研究根据5个OsSUTs基因家族成员的序列,分别设计特异引物,采用半定量RT-PCR技术,研究了5个成员在富优1号杂交稻各器官、富优1号三系以及其它10个杂交稻的幼根与幼叶中的表达差异.结果表明:OsSUT2是杂交稻所有材料中同化物转运的主要蔗糖转运体;OsSUTs基因家族其它成员的表达具有较大的波动性和不稳定性.OsSUT2可能是杂交稻同化物转运控制的理想目标.Sucrose/proton symporter plays an important part in the partitioning of carbon assimilates in plants. So far five members of this gene family have been identified in rice. The expression differences of the five gene members were studied in various organs of hybrid rice FuYou No. 1 and the young leaves and roots of its three lines, and other 10 hybrid rice varieties by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, using specific primers designed from their corresponding cDNA sequences. Results showed that OsSUT2 is the main and universal sucrose transporter expressed in all the materials tested. The expression profiles of other OsSUTs appeared somewhat unstable and showed some degree of fluctuation, suggesting that the expressions of these gene members may be affected by changes in environmental factors. OsSUT2 is considered to be a potential ideal target for the control of assimilate partition in hybrid rice.
