摘 要:枇杷小苗钙营养液沙培试验结果表明:钙胁迫不利枇杷小苗叶片氮代谢的进行,缺钙胁迫在小苗培养60 d时就已经产生影响,而高钙胁迫表现比较滞后,且缺钙胁迫的影响要比高钙处理的大.小苗培养60 d时,0.01 mmol/L、3.2 mmol/L钙胁迫处理会使叶片硝酸还原酶活性增大、O2-净产生速率降低、可溶性蛋白含量增加、脯氨酸含量下降.继续培养至90 d时,3个处理的硝酸还原酶活性都增大、O2-净产生速率上升,胁迫处理对两者的影响与60 d相同;而可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量虽急剧下降,但胁迫处理的脯氨酸含量高于对照.小苗培养90 d时,叶片游离氨基酸含量测定结果表明,缺钙处理的游离氨基酸总量和单个氨基酸高于对照,高钙处理低于对照,各处理中单个氨基酸含量最高的是谷氨酸,胱氨酸含量最低.The results of a sand culture test showed that Ca stress, either high or low Ca concentration in the nutrient solution, inhibited nitrogen metabolism in loquat seedling leaves. The inhibitory effect of Ca deficiency appeared when the seedlings was cultured for 60 days, while in the treatment of high Ca such effect appeared later and was not so obvious as in the low Ca treatment. After 60 day culture, the activity of NR and the content of soluble protein increased and the net rate of O2- generation and the content of proline decreased in the treatments of Ca 0.01 mmol/L or 3.2 mmol/L. When the test continued to 90 days,both the activity the same as that content of stress n rose in all treatments, the effect of Ca stress protein and proline significantly declined, but treatments was higher than the control. Determination of the free amino acids after 90 was the day culture showed that the contents of various amino acids and their total content in the loquat seedling leaves of the Ca deficiency treatment were higher than the control and that of all the amino acids Glu had the highest content and Cys the lowest content in all treatments.
