摘  要:将自测的实蝇科6种和从GenBank中检索到的12属40种的mtDNA-COI基因编码区序列片段进行同源性比较,构建分子系统树.在获得的657 bp序列中,变异位点41.4%、简约位点35.62%,A+T含量为64.7%,转换与颠换的比值为0.868.分子系统树表明:果实蝇属、合腹寡鬃实蝇属为最先分化出来的属,是较为原始的类群;其次是按实蝇属、凤实蝇属、绕实蝇属,腊实蝇属为较晚分化出来的属.按实蝇属、果实蝇属及合腹寡鬃实蝇属是近缘的;绕实蝇属和腊实蝇属是近缘的.Based on the mtDNA-COI gene of 6 species of Tepbritidae and 40 species from GenBank of 12 genera, their homologous sequences were compared. The used frequency of nucleotide was calculated and a molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed. In the 657 bp fragment of mtDNA-COI gene, variation sites accounted for 41.4%, parsimony-informative sites 35.6%, and the content of A+T was about 64.7%.The variation rate of transition to transvertion was 0. 868. The molecular phylogenetic tree constructed in- dicated that in all the genera studied, genus Bactrocera and genus Dacus were the most ancestral in Tep- britidae, and the genera Anastrepha, Rhagoletis and Ceratitis were differentiated in a later period. Phylogenetically, Ceratitis, Dacus and Anastrepha were closely related, while Rhagoletis and Ceratitis were closely related.
