稳压灵对家猫急性实验性高血压、血液动力学的影响及毒副作用研究

摘　　要：采用家猫急性实验性高血压模型，观察稳压灵的降压作用及对血液动力学的影响，并进行毒性学试验。结果显示：稳压灵具有明显的抗高血压作用，并有增强心肌收缩力和降低外周阻力的作用。毒副作用较轻。Using the model of Acute Experimental Hypertension of the Cat, the effect of hypoten ofWENYALING on Blood Dynamics was observed and Toxicity Test was made, too. The result showedthat WENYALING had the effect of obviously anti - hypertension, increasing the contractility of cardiacmuscle and decreasing the peripheral resistance and the little of the poison and side - effect.
