摘　　要：在这个知识产权备受关注的时代,网络游戏外挂现象的存在也应该值得关注。网络游戏外挂现象的表现形式多种多样,其危害性表现也是多重的。我们应该对网络游戏外挂的性质做一个明确的认识和分析,不能笼统地认为其就是对知识产权的侵犯,其中还涉及到底是民事侵权问题还是民事违约问题,更或者是触犯刑律的问题,要分情况而论。Intellectual property concerns in this era of online games is the existence of plug-ins should also be a cause for concern.
