摘　　要：在分析目前浮法玻璃生产线过渡辊台存在的问题的基础上,提出了将原来的封闭式下渣箱改为开放式,以充分释放热量,减少变形,将擦锡与下密封一体机构改为擦锡与下密封为两个各自独立机构,并采用石英陶瓷材料做辊体,为生产高质量玻璃提供了有力的保证。针对上密封不严及变形进行了重大的调整,通过对过渡辊台的改进,大大提高了设备的使用性能,增强了设备的可靠性、实用性和先进性。Based on analysis of current issues on lift-up roller in float glass the author introduced a new lift-up roller , that is changing the below tin dross case from close type into open type so as to release thermal distortion stress and breaking the all-in-one machine of tin-wiper and lower-close into two independent machinery. The quartz-ceramics roller was employed to improve glass surface quality.
