多舌飞蓬黄酮成分的研究

摘　　要：从多舌飞蓬Erigeronmultiradiatus（Wall．）Benth．全草中分得12个化合物，其中7个为黄酮，经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定为：芹菜素（Ⅰ）、槲皮素（Ⅱ）、木犀草素（Ⅲ）、芹菜素－7－O－β－D－葡萄糖醛酸苷即灯盏甲素（Ⅳ）、槲皮素－3－O－β－D－葡萄糖苷即异槲皮苷（Ⅴ）、黄芩素－7－O－β－D－葡萄糖醛酸苷即灯盏乙素（Ⅵ）和黄芩素－7－O－β－D－葡萄糖苷（Ⅶ）。以上化合物均系首次自该植物中分得，其中Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分得。Twelve compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract of Erigeron multiradiatus (Wall.)Benth.(Compositae). Seven of them were flavonoids, which were identified, on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, as apigenin (Ⅰ), quercetin (Ⅱ), luteolin (Ⅲ), apigenin-7-O-β-glucoside(Ⅳ), isoquercitrin (Ⅴ), scutellarein-7-O-β-glucoside (Ⅵ) and plantagin (Ⅶ). Compound Ⅴ was isolated from Genus Erigeron while the other six from the species E. multiradiatus for the first time.
