摘 要:以物质体系的拟三元相图为切入点,结合正交实验方法,对如何通过科学、严谨、高效的配方设计方法而得到微乳剂的最佳形成条件进行了研究和讨论。数据显示在二甲苯原药高效氯氟氰菊酯40%,农乳600#与农乳500#以3∶1混配时,高效氯氟氰菊酯所形成的微乳液无限稀释区域的面积最大。实验结果表明我们的方法是科学的、行之有效的,试验过程更为直观,对农药微乳剂配方筛选具有一定的指导作用。Based on pseudo-ternary phase diagram and orthogonal design method, how to obtain the best formulation conditions of lambda-cyhalothrin microemulsion scientifically, rigorously and efficiently was investigated and explored in details. The results indicated that microemulsion existence area of lambda-cyhalothrin at infinite dilution region in the phase diagrams become the largest as the content of lambda-cyhalothrin was 40%, and the agricultural emulsifier No.600 and agricultural emulsifier No.500 were composed at the mass radio of 3:1. The experimental data showed that the method were scientific and effective, which could play an important role on guiding screening of pesticides mieroemulsion.
