摘　　要：随着金融危机影响的日益加深,市场对会计人才的素质要求正发生着深刻的变化,传统的会计教育受到了极大的冲击。会计本科教育是会计人才培养的核心,因此,明确培养目标,突出应用能力,培养适销对路的会计人才,是会计专业生存与发展的关键。With further deepening of financial crisis, quality requirement of market for accounting talents is changing profoundly, and the traditional accountant education is experiencing tremendous shocks. Undergraduate accounting education is the core of accounting talents training, therefore, make clear the training target, strengthen students＇ application ability, and cultivate accounting talents based on market is the key of existence and development of accounting major.
