怀牛膝对记忆力和耐力的影响

摘　　要：以怀牛膝Achyranthes bidentata水煎液给小鼠连续灌服7天。可明显改善戊巴比妥钠所致的记忆障碍,使跳台法首次跳下的潜伏期明显延长,5分钟内错误次数明显减少,使Y型臂法第三天正确反应率明显提高,且可明显延长小鼠负荷游泳时间。After P.O. decoction of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, continuously for seven days in mice, the drug could effectively improve the acquisition of memory of mice, significantly enhance the endurance of mice. The results indicated that the decoction of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae has the actions of enhancing memory and endurance.
