摘　　要：以奥鞍高温隧道窑项目为背景,介绍高温隧道窑计算机控制系统的设计。系统主要包括基础自动化部分和监控部分,分别实现对隧道窑内温度、压力、流量、风机变频等的全自动控制和生产过程的实时监测及管理。经运行1年来的观测,该系统的各项指标均达到生产要求,并实现了系统化管理,提高企业的生产效率。Based on Aoan HI-TEMP tunnel kiln project, the thesis illustrates the design of computer control system of HI-TEMP tunnel kiln. The system contains basic automation and supervision control, which include temperature control, pressure control, flow control, frequency conversion control of fans automatically and supervise and the production management. During one year performance of the control system, all parameters and energy consumption have turned out a good result.
