摘 要:目的了解海南省黎、汉族中小学生早餐现状及存在的问题,为改善学生的营养状况提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,分别抽取海南省黎族中小学生502名和汉族中小学生968名,利用自填问卷方法收集早餐情况资料。结果黎族与汉族中小学生每天都吃早餐的分别为56.8%和66.2%,黎族与汉族中小学生对进食早餐的看法、早餐行为及不吃早餐的原因差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。黎族学生早上起床时间、对一日三餐中早餐重要性排位与1周内早餐进餐次数有关,汉族学生对一日三餐中早餐重要性排位、对进食早餐的看法及不吃早餐影响的认识与1周内早餐进餐次数有关。结论黎、汉族中小学生的早餐就餐率均较低。提供合理的作息时间、开展营养健康教育是提高黎、汉族中小学生早餐就餐率行之有效的方法。Objective To learn breakfast status and problems existed among primary and middle school students of Li and Han nationality in Hainan province, and to provide scientific basis for improving their nutrition status. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method, 502 Li nationality students and 968 Han nationality students were selected and surveyed about breakfast status by self-administered questionnaire. Results There were 56.8% Li nationality students and 66.2% Hun nationality studen.ts eating breakfast everyday. The differences in cognition of eating breakfast, breakfast behavior and reasons of skpping breakfast between Li and Han nationality students were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The getting up time and regard degree of breakfast were correlated with times of eating breakfast in one week among Li nationality students. For Han nationality students, their regard degree of breakfast, cognition of eating breakfast and knowing about harm of skipping breakfast were correlated with times of eating breakfast in one week. Conclusion The percent age of having breakfast everyday is low in both Li and Han nationality primary and middle school students in Hainan. Providing reasonable schedule and taking nutrition health education could be effective method to increase the percent of having breakfast everyday of Li and Han nationality primary and middle school students.
