Sports Input and Quality of Life Among University Students in Shandong Province

摘  要:目的了解大学生体育投入与生命质量状况及其相互关系,为引导大学生进行合理而科学的体育投入、提高生命质量提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对山东省4所普通本科高校657名大学生的体育投入和生命质量进行调查。结果大学男、女生的体育投入水平存在明显差异,男生的体育精力投入、时间投入、金钱投入水平均明显高于女生(P<0.05或P<0.01),但体育情感投入水平与女生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在生命质量的8个维度中,社会功能最佳,情感功能最差。男、女生在生理机能、生理职能、情感功能3个维度上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);大学生的体育投入对生命质量有重要影响,体育精力投入、时间投入、金钱投入与生命质量显著相关(P值均<0.01),而体育情感投入与生命质量相关不显著。结论高等教育部门应采取积极有效的措施,保证在校大学生的体育投入水平,以提高其生命质量。Objective To understand status and relationship between sports input and quality of life of university students, and to provide references for effectively guiding scientific sports input in order to enhance quality of life. Methods An questionnaire about sports input and quality of life was taken among 657 students from 4 ordinary universities. Results Sports input level between different genders was significantly different. The input of men was higher than women in energy, time and money ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) , but difference in the input of feeling between them was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Among the 8 scales in quality of life, the society function was the best and the feeling function was the weakest. Differences in physiologic function, role physical and emotive function between different gender were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Quality of life was seriously influenced by sports input among university students. Quality of life was significantly related with input of energy, time and money ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but the input in feeling is not related with quality of life. Conclusion The high education sectors should take positive and effective steps to ensure the sports investment levels of the college students in school, and so as to improve their quality of life.
