摘 要:针对工作中普遍存在的难以准确求得任意圆心角的产品的圆心点和半径的情况,根据平面内不在同一直线上的3点确定一个圆的定理,总结了一种利用刀具与工件边沿接触时的3个坐标点,经由数控系统的函数运算得出产品中心点坐标和半径尺寸,再通过宏程序将结果自动输入(输出)到机床的指定区域的找正和检测方法。它不仅成功解决了特殊的产品轮廓无法精确找正和测量的难题,而且减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高工效约40%。It is difficuh to obtain the center point and radius of the product with arbitrary central angle, according to the theorem that three points which are not in one identical straight line determine a circle, using the three coordinate points which cutting tool or edge-searching instruments meets workpiece' s edge, through function computing of CNC system, the product' s center coordinate and radius size will be worked out; then using Custom Macro to input (output } the result to the machine tool's designated area automatically. This method not only successfully solved the problem that special products' outline cannot be adjusted accurately, but also reduced worker's labor intensity enormously, that improved the work efficiency by more than 40%.
