摘 要:《建筑基桩技术规范》规定端承桩端沉渣厚度不大于50mm,端承冲击成孔灌注桩是采用导管形式。在混凝土自重的冲击下,桩端混凝土可以把孔底不大于50mm厚度的沉渣吸附干净,使桩端混凝土与岩石接触良好。这里的关键是如何做到孔底沉渣厚度不大于50mm:一是施工过程中要加强控制;二是终孔验收时应采用低应变反射波法对孔底沉渣厚度进行监测。The guidebook Technical code for building foundation piles requires the sediment thickness of end bearing pile should not exceed 50mm. Perfusion catheter concrete forms are used in impact end bearing pile. Concrete can be excluded from clean sediment that is not more than 50ram at the bottom of pile because of the self--pressure. There is no sediment at the bottom of pile, so it is good for the concrete and rock. The key points here are how to meet the requirement that is less than 50mm at the bottom of pile:Firstly, the control should be taken in the construction process; secondly, the process should be monitored when the final hole is accepted.
