高效液相色谱法测定益心口服液中人参皂苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定益心口服液中人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Re含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长203nm,进样量20μL。结果人参皂苷Rg1质量浓度线性范围为83.5～1670.0μg/mL,回归方程Y=3007.4X+1694.4,r=0.9997(n=6);人参皂苷Re质量浓度线性范围为88.2～1764.0μg/mL,回归方程Y=2956.6X-3148.6,r=0.9999(n=6)。人参皂苷Rg1的平均回收率为100.27%,RSD为1.48%(n=9);人参皂苷Re的平均回收率为100.79%,RSD为1.72%(n=9)。结论HPLC法测定益心口服液中人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Re的含量,准确度高,重现性好,简便快速。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ginsenosides Rg1, ginsenosides Ro in Yixin Oral Liquid. Methods Using 18 alkyl silane for bonding silicone as the filler, acetonitrile-water （20： 80） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the sample size was 20 μL. Results Ginsenosides Rg1： the calibration curve was linear in the range of 83.5- 1 670.0 μg/mL（ r= 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 100. 27%, RSD was 1.48%. Ginsenosides Re： the calibration curve was linear in the range of 88.2-1764.0μg/mL（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate was 100.79%, RSD was 1.72%.Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Yixin Oral Liquid.
