摘　　要：目的建立夏桑菊泡腾片中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸-三乙胺(95∶5∶0.3∶0.02),检测波长215nm。结果熊果酸质量浓度在0.0103～0.5128g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.997,平均加样回收率为101.64%,RSD为1.78%(n=9)。结论HPLC法简单易行,测定结果准确、重现性好。Objective To establish a method for the determination of ursolic acid in Xiasangju Effervescent Tablets by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was established by using Hypersil BDS C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） as the chromatographic column and MeOH- n20-HOAC-TEA （95： 5： 0. 3： 0. 02） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results The linearity was obtained at the range of 0.0103-0.512 8 g/L for ursolie acid （r=0.997）.The average recovery rate was 101.64% with RSD 1.78% （n=9）. Conclusion The method is easy, simple and accurate with good reappearance.
