摘　　要：目的建立测定更年舒注射液中丁香酚含量的气相色谱法。方法采用DB-WAX弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,氮气为载气,柱温190℃。结果丁香酚与其他色谱峰分离良好,丁香酚的平均回收率为101.18%,RSD=1.44%(n=6)。结论气相色谱法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可用于控制更年舒注射液的质量。Objective To establish the gas chromatography（GC） determination method for eugenol in Gengniansbu Injection. Methods The GC system consisted of DB-WAX column （30m×0. 32 mm, 0. 25 μm）, nitrogen as the carrier gas, the column temperature at 190℃ and FID as the detector. Results Eugenol and other solvents were separated well under the chromatographic condition. The average recovery rate of eugenol was 101.18%, RSD= 1.44% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
