化疗药物对白念珠菌粘附及播散的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨抗癌药等对播散性念珠菌病的影响。方法采用体外实验，观察几种抗癌药和抗生素对白念珠菌粘附上皮细胞的影响；同时对经环磷酰胺处理的小鼠静脉接种白念珠菌，观察抗癌药物对血管内皮细胞的作用及其与白念珠菌播散的关系。结果在氢化可的松等化疗药物作用下，白念珠菌对上皮细胞的粘附率大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），环磷酰胺处理可影响血管内皮的完整性，而且使白念珠菌播散至内脏器官的程度明显强于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论氢化可的松等化疗药物有增强白念珠菌粘附组织细胞并有促进白念珠菌从血管腔向内脏播散的作用。Objective To study the effect of antineoplastics on candidiasis\ Methods\ The adherence of Candida albicans to human epithelia cell was affected by antineoplastics in vitro Mice treated by cyclophosphamide were intravascular injected Candida albicans,and to be observed whether the medicines affect endothelial integrity Results\ The number of C albicans cells which were treated by some immunosuppressants adhering to epithelial cell was greater than that of control group (P<0 05) In addition,cyclophosphamide could affect vascular endothelia integrity,and made Candida albicans disseminate to visceral organs more seriously than that in control group (P<0 05) Conclusion Some immunosuppressants may enhance adherence of Candida albicans to epithelial cell,and facilitate dissemination of Candida albicans from the blood vessel to visceral organs
