“5.12”地震后半年与我院2007年同期住院结核病人流行病学特点分析

摘　　要：目的总结和分析"5.12"汶川大地震后半年与2007年同期相比来院结核病人流行病学特点及变化趋势。方法分析整理2008年5月至10月以及2007年同期德阳市人民医院所收治住院结核病人的临床资料,包括一般情况、临床表现、诊断、治疗方案以及预后。结果2008年5月-10月较2007年同期德阳市人民医院所收治住院结核病人数有所增加(154人次和186人次),来自于地震重灾区病人所占构成比(18.82%和9.74%),年龄<20岁病人所占构成比(13.98%和7.14%),以及临床表现为发热(39.25%和25.97%)以及有影像学活动性征象(63.44%和51.30%)的病人所占构成比差异有统计学意义。而治疗方案和预后差异无统计学意义。结论地震后半年内,德阳市人民医院收治的结核病人数较去年同期有所增加,来自于地震重灾区病人及年轻病人所占比例则增加明显,临床有发热及影像学活动性征象的比例有所增加,而治疗预后差异无统计学意义。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of inpatients with tuberculosis after ＂5.12＂ Wenchuan great earthquake. Methods The data of patients hospitalized, such as general information, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and prognosis, from May 1st to October 31st , 2008 and the same period in 2007, were ananlyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with that in the same period in 2007, the number of inpatients with tuberculosis increased; the inpatients with tuberculosis increased ; the constituent ratio of inpatients from earthquaked heavy disaster area （ 18.82% and 9.74% ,P 〈 0.05 ）, the inpatients less than 20 - year - old （ 13.98% and 7.14% ,P 〈 0.05） and the inpatients who had fever and imaging activity signs （63.44% and 51.30% ,P 〈 0. 05 ） significantly increased. The therapeutic scheme. Conclusion During six months after the earthquake, the epidemiological characteristics of inpatients with tuberculosis have significantly changed.
