披针莲座蕨形态遗传多样性的研究

摘　　要：使用12个形态学标记对16个披针莲座蕨居群进行多样性研究,利用SAS软件进行了基本统计分析、相关分析、聚类分析等统计分析。结果表明,形态学性状遗传差异较大,变异系数达到88.00%;生殖性状的变异幅度低于营养性状的变异幅度;各性状之间存在明显的相关性;巢实方差分析显示平均有81.99%的变异来自于居群内的个体间,居群内多态性丰富。Using of twelve morphological markers,the population genetic diversity of A ngiopteris caudatiformis Hieron were studied through 16 poPulations specimen from Yunnan. The results showed that the genetic diversity existed in different populations,whose CV went beyond 88%. The variance of reproductive traits was less than that of nutrition traits. The correlation analysis indicated that significant correlations existing in eaeh morphological character. The nested variance analysis showed that there was 81.99% varation on average came from different individuals in the same population, which indicated the genetic variance mainly existed within populations
