摘 要:探索用输出波长为488.0 nm的激发光作为光源,用尿液作为样品的激光光谱法诊断糖尿病的可能性。在510 nm~620 nm范围内采集健康人和糖尿病患者尿样的荧光光谱,利用求二阶导数光谱的方法进行数据处理。发现健康人的二阶导数光谱都有三个极小值,与之形成对比的是绝大多数糖尿病患者的二阶导数光谱却有四个极小值,糖尿病患者的尿样在550 nm~570 nm区间范围内比健康人多出一个极小值。用是否在550nm~570 nm区间有极小值作为判据,可以比较方便、准确的将糖尿病患者和健康人的尿样区分开。Using the urine excited by an Argon ion laser at wavelength of 488.0 nm as sample, the possibility of diabetes diagnosis was explored. The fluorescence spectrums of normal and diabetic urine were collected from 510 nm to 620 nm , the second derivative spectrums were used to process data. The results showed that there were three minimum values in the second derivative spectrums of normal person, in contrast there were four minimum values in most diabetic second derivative spectrums, the diabetic urine had one minimum value more than normal urine in the range from 550 nm to 570 nm. Whether the second derivative spectrum has minimum value in the range from 550 nm to 570 nm is used as a criterion, to distinguish the diabetic urine from normal urine is easy and precise.
