摘  要:目的:采用HPLC法建立血府逐瘀胶囊(桃仁、当归、枳壳、川芎等)的指纹图谱。方法:用H iQ C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-1.0%醋酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速:0.5 mL/m in,检测波长:260 nm。结果:得到分离度较好的血府逐瘀胶囊指纹图谱,共标定出36个共有峰,通过与对照品比对鉴定出其中6个成分,分别为腺苷、芍药苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、藁本内酯。结论:所建立HPLC指纹图谱具有较好的精密度和重现性,适用于血府逐瘀胶囊的质量控制。AIM: To establish a fingerprint method of analyzing Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule (Semen Persicae, Radix Angelicae sinensis, Fruclus Aurantii, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, etc. ) by HPLC. METHODS: A HPLC in combination with PDA detector was applied with a HiQ C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column by gradient elution using methanol - 1.0% acetic acid solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 260 nm. RESULTS : Thitrty-six common peaks were obtained in the fingerprint of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule with good separation, six of them were identified as adenosine, paeoniflorin, naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin and ligustilide by comparing chromatogram with control compounds. CONCLUSION: The HPLC method with good precision and reproducibility can he used for the quality control of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule.
