摘　　要：展示党的十六大以来和谐铁路建设成就,分析中长期铁路网规划调整的必要性,结合规划调整的主要内容,阐述必须加快大规模铁路建设,推进路网规划实施。The article introduces the railway construction achievements made since the 16th national congress of communist party, and analyzes the necessity of long and mid-term railway network adjustment. The article illustrates that it is necessary to accelerate big-scale railway construction and push forward railway network planning.
