摘 要:根据河南某钼多金属矿的矿石性质,采用部分混合浮选—浮硫—磁选的原则工艺流程,在回收主元素钼的同时,综合回收了其中的硫、铁等低品位伴生元素,最终获得含钼品位53.17%、回收率88.48%的钼精矿,含硫品位46.92%、回收率91.04%的硫精矿以及含铁品位68.71%、磁性铁回收率56.67%的铁精矿。提高了资源利用率,增加了企业经济效益。According to the mineralogical characteristics of the molybdenum polymetallic ore in He hart, adopting the principle process of part -bulk floatation -floatation pyrite -magnetic separation, main element molybdenum was recycled with comprehensive recovery of pyrite, iron and other low - grade associated elements. The grade molybdenum concentrate was 53.17% with the recovery of 88.48%, the grade of pyrite concentrate 46.92% with the recovery of 91.04%, and the grade of iron concentrate 68.71% with the recovery of 56.67% magnetic iron. The economic efficiency of the enterprise was increased for improving resources utilization.
