摘 要:文章通过单因素实验和正交实验相结合的方法对微波辅助乙醇、异丙醇两种混合醇提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺条件进行了研究。以姜黄素的提取率为考察指标,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验筛选出微波辅助混合醇提取姜黄素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇与异丙醇的体积分数均为70%,乙醇与异丙醇体积比为7∶3,混合醇用量为1∶10,提取功率为400W,提取时间为4min。在此条件下姜黄素含量达到4.13%。To optimize the extraction process of mixed alcohol for curcumin in Curcuma longa L. assisted by microwave,the extraction process of Curcuma longa L. was studied by single factor level test and orthogonal tests.With the extraction percentage of curcumins as the optimum index, microwave assisted extracting optimum conditions were as follows: 70 % ethanol and 70 % was opropyl alcohol as extraction solvent, the volume ratios of mixed ethanol and isopropyl alcohol was 7 : 3, the use leve of mixed alcohol was 1 : 10, the microwave assisted extraction time was 4 rain and the power was 400 W. The content of curcumin was 4.13 % in the process.
