膜处理与活性炭吸附技术在电镀废水回用工程的应用

摘　　要：采用膜处理与活性炭吸附技术处理电镀废水的达标排放水，并回用于生产工序中。长期运行结果表明：色度≤10、CODc，≤40mg/L、pH=6-9、浊度≤1NTU、污染指数（SDI≤5、余氯≤0．1mg/L、总铁≤0．25mg/L，出水水质稳定达刭该企业生产甩水标准需求，并创造了良好的经济效益与社会效益。Useing membrane processing and the activated charcoal adsorption technology treated galvanization waste water of reaching the Standard and discharging,and reused in producing procedure. The long-term movement result indicated：chroma≤ 10, CODcr≤40 mg/L, pH-6-9, Turbidity≤1NTU, Pollution index≤5, surplus Chlorine≤0.1 mg/L, Total iron≤0.25 mg/L. Water quality of discharging water steadily achieved the enterprise standard that water used in produce, and created the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
