摘　　要：水性聚氨脂分散体生产工艺复杂,反应过程难于控制,不同合成条件下得到的产物差异巨大,利用先进、系统的表征手段对产物进行研究,显得尤为必要。文章通过利用先进、系统的表征手段对在不同工艺条件下合成的两种新型水性聚氨酯分散体产物进行系统的表征,包括色泽,粒径尺寸与分布,固化性能和漆膜的物理性能等,从而得出规律性的结论。Water-based polyurethane dispersion production process complicated, difficult to control the reaction process, different synthesis conditions, the product has been a huge difference in the use of advanced, systematic characterization of the product by means of research, it is particularly necessary. In the paper, through the use of advanced characterization of the system by means of different processes under the conditions in the synthesis of two new water-based polyurethane dispersion systematic characterization of the product, including color, particle size and distribution, curing properties and physical properties such as film so as to arrive at the conclusions of law.
