酸性染料比色法测定愈美颗粒剂中氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量

摘　　要：以溴麝香草酚蓝为酸性染料，在pH4．2时与氢溴酸右美沙芬形成有色的络合物，用氯仿提取后，在432nm处由比色法测定了愈美颗粒剂中氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量。方法简便、灵敏、准确，重现性好，模拟处方回收率为99．94／。An acid dye colorimetry method was described for the determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide contained in Yumei Granules. Bromothymol blue as an acid dye combined with dextromethorphan hydrobromide at pH 4. 2 to form a colorful complex. With chloroform, the complex could be extracted, and the absorbance was measured at 432 nm. This method was simple, sensitive, accurate, specific and precise. The average recovery was 99. 94%.
