摘　　要：国家赔偿法的实施,有效地保障了公民的基本人权,及时地弥补了公民因国家机关侵权而遭受的物质损失,慰抚了他们受伤的心灵,同时从法律上规范了行政机关和司法机关依法行政、依法司法的行为,提高了他们自觉执法、严格执法的水平和能力,良化了国家和政府的形象,密切了政府和人民群众的关系。开展国家刑事赔偿制度的课题研究,认真分析国家刑事赔偿制度存在的问题及其原因,并采取相应办法改良我国国家刑事赔偿制度是当务之急。The implementing of National Compensation Law can effectively protect the basic human rights of citizen, timely remedy the loss caused by tort of national department, solace their hurt heart, and at the same time, standardize the behavior of administrative and judiciary departments, improve their standard and ability of self-conscious and strict law-executing, perfect the appearance of our country and government and make the relationship between government and crowd become intimate. It is urgent to carry out the research on national criminal compensation system, seriously analyze the problems and causes in it and adopt corresponding solution to reforming national criminal compensation system.
