摘　　要：科学发展观引发了公安教育创新问题的深层次思考,推进了公安教育解放思想与创新思维的提出,指导了公安教育思想解放与体制创新的深入实践。实践证明,公安教育只有立足"服务实战",坚持"五个原则",加强"五项机制",实行"教、研、训、练、战"一体化,才能顺利推进公安教育自身建设的创新与拓展。The scientific outlook on development leads to the deep thinking about public serurity education, promotes the reform and innovation of the public security educatian, and guides the hberation of ideas and the innovation of system in public security education. Only by basing on ＂Serving the Real Practice＂ and sticking to the ＂Five Principles＂, strengthening the ＂ Five Mechanisms＂, and breaking the original restricted system and the thinking, the public security education can achieve development and breakthrough of self-construction successfully.
