摘　　要：在对车削表面粗糙度预测数学模型进行线性化后,利用Excel回归分析工具对车削表面粗糙度正交试验数据进行分析处理,建立了试验回归方程,并得到了参数优化解。The Microsoft Excel has strong function for mathematical statistics, and this function can make the analysis simple and quick. The paper explains in details the orthogonal design examples of the regression tools application and the specific meaning of the parameters, and the paper also obtains the tests equations and optimal solution.
