摘 要:现代工程机械液压系统向着高性能、高精度和复杂化发展,传统液压故障诊断技术已满足不了机械维修的需要。智能故障诊断技术是20世纪90年代的前沿科学之一,其研究成果已广泛应用于生产实践中,大大提高了生产效益。介绍了在机械液压传动系统中运用智能故障诊断技术提高系统可靠性的问题。The developing trend of the hydraulic system of modem engineering machinery is toward high performance, high precision and complication. This results in the fact that the traditional diagnosis techniques for hydraulic malfunctions fail to meet the need of maintenance concerned. Intelligent fault diagnosis technique is an advanced science in the 1990s. its researching is applied to manufacturing practice, that the manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved. This thesis introduces a method of intelligent fault diagnosis based on practice of hydraulic drive system of engineering machinery, which is used in the manufacturing to increase the system's reliability.
