摘　　要：面对公安教育体制改革的新形势,结合公安院校当前的实际情况,借鉴国外警察教育中师资队伍管理模式,研究出切实可行的适应公安教育体制改革需求的师资队伍培养建设措施,将是公安院校的重大基础性工程。Facing new situation of the public security educational system reform , combined with the police colleges and universities at present actual situation, using overseas＇ police education experience in teaching staff management mode for reference, studies the practical and feasible measure which adapted the teaching staff construction to the public security education system reform, this will be significant in police colleges and universities foundational project.
