超声下穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价超声引导下穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿疗效。方法回顾性分析2004-2008年在超声引导下穿刺抽尽囊液并注入无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿96例。结果96例肾囊肿患者1例囊内出血,1例酒精过敏,术后随访1个月～1年,有效率100%,治愈率95.8%。结论超声引导下穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿是一项有价值的介入性治疗,方法简便易行、安全有效、并发症少、疗效确切,可作为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol sclerotherapy in treating renal cysts. Methods The clinical data of 96 cases with renal cysts undergoing the ultrasound-guided puncture to draw the fluid in cysts and take ethanol sclerotherapy from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed retrospective. Results Among all 96 patients, 1 case was with intra- capsular hemorrhage,1 case with mild allergies to alcohol. The follow up of 1 to 12 months showed that the effective rate was 100% and cure rate was 95.8%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol sclerotherapy is a valuable interventional treatment method for renal cysts with advantage of easy, safe, effective, few complications and exact effect, and can be used as the preferred method in the treatment of renal cysts.
