摘  要:目的探讨静脉用药中微粒的来源以及微粒对人体产生的危害,能预防静脉用药微粒污染的方法。方法选择合适的加药针头和有过滤装置的输液器,加强工作责任心,应用正确的安瓿开启方法,规范输液操作过程,减少人员走动,改善输液环境,避免滥用输液治疗。结果静脉用药过程中容易发生微粒污染,通过采取正确的预防方法,防止和减少微粒污染,降低微粒对人体的危害,使用药更安全。结论有效的预防措施,能减少和防止药液的微粒污染。Objective To study the particulates pollution in intravenous medication, its impact on human health and relative protective countermeasures. Methods The appropriate pinhead of drug-adding devices and infusion set with filtering apparatus were selected. The right opening method of ampoule, normative transfusion operation and transfusion circumstance were improved. The unnecessary intravenous injections were avoided. Results The risk of particulates pollution in intravenous medication was high. The right preventive measures can effectively reduce particle pollution and decrease its impacts on human health. Conclusion The effective preventive measures can prevent the particle pollution in intravenous medication.
