血清蛋白电泳检测对类风湿关节炎患者的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清蛋白电泳检测对类风湿性关节炎(rheumatid arthritis,RA)患者的临床意义。方法测定38例类风湿关节炎患者和30例健康成人的血清蛋白电泳、血清蛋白含量及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和HSCRP的含量。结果RA患者血清蛋白电泳结果与对照组比α1、α2、γ球蛋白比例增高,白蛋白减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论类风湿关节炎患者血清蛋白电泳检测对临床有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum proteins electrophoresis in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods The concentrations of serum proteins, immunoglobulin（ IgA, IgG and IgM） and high sensitive C-reactive protein（HsCRP） were measured by electrophoresis in 38 patients with RA and 30 normal individuals. Results The proportion of α1 ,α2 and γglobulin were higher while the albumins were lower in the RA group as compared to the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There is a reference value of serum proteins electrophoresis to the clinical diagnosis and treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
